好好吃 #04 - 简单做沙爹 Simple Satay

开斋节要到了,为了应景,A等妈想说来做一个马来沙嗲,没想到,沙嗲酱里的材料有够多的,救命啊~~~A等妈直接投降(泪奔~),幸好A等妈还是不放弃的找到了一个食谱,再加以改良,就变成健康的宝宝版沙嗲,用杏仁酱取代花生酱,这样对花生过敏的A等爸也可以享受沙嗲的美味哦!不过说实在的,好吃是好吃,但是真的跟外面卖的完全不一样,但是,健康无价啊~~~如果很需要跟外面味道一样的妈妈,建议不要采用我的食谱哦!

食材:
鸡胸 3块
蜂蜜 少许(一定要最后一刻才拿出来啊~看影片就知道原因了?)

沙嗲酱:
香菜 半把
蒜 1小瓣
花生酱 4大匙 (这次我用有chia seed的杏仁酱也很香哦!)
酱油 2大匙
姜 3片
柠檬 半颗

喜欢辣的可以加一根红辣椒

步驺:
1、食材洗干净,姜去皮,把材料打匀成酱,分成2等分
2、其中一份沙嗲酱加入橄榄油,同时把烤箱预热
3、鸡胸肉切成宝宝可以入口的大小,串成沙嗲串
4、把沙嗲酱均匀抹在鸡肉上,按摩一下鸡肉,放入烤箱200度烤5~8分钟
5、鸡肉翻面,涂上蜂蜜,再烤5~8分钟
6、完成。沾之前留下的沙嗲酱就可以吃啰!
